Nowadays having an email account is a must since willy nilly we deal with internet, so we have no choice. We can get an email account for free. There are several of them to choose. One of them is Yahoo.

Yahoo is one of the biggest free mail provider service. How to get an email account in it?

Here are the steps:

Go to http://www.yahoo.com

Click on sign up

There will be a page to register

Fill in that form, type the code shown in the last part and click on do you agree to confirm that you agree with the term & condition from yahoo.

Next, click on create my account

When you finish the process, there will be an information that you’ve already registered successfully. Click on continue

You can see you have 1 message in your inbox. It is an email from yahoo

That’s it, you have already created an email account in yahoo. Click on sign out whenever you want to finish using your email. Do not forget your username and password since it is needed when you want to sign in.

Have a video in your blog

How about inserting videos in your blogspot blog? Well, sounds great n cool, isn’t it?

Yup, here we will use the service from youtube.com. if you want to use your own video, you must upload it first to youtube.com, then take its code and put in your blog. Of course you must have an account in youtube if you want to upload a video there.

But if you do not want to use your own video, you do not need to sign up first. Just take a certain code of a video you want to take.

Here are the step:

Sign in to your blog

Click on layout

Click on add gadget

Choose Html/javascript

Take the code of a certain video from youtube and paste on it

You can also give the title of that video

Last but not least, click save button

Creating an email account at Google

Google is also one of best free mail service provider with interesting features and easy to use. Let’s check how to get a free gmail.

Go to http://www.google.com

Click Gmail on the above rows

Click on create an account

You will get a form, fill in the form

After filling all the boxes, click on I accept and create my account

You will get an information that You have successfully registered at google

Next, click show my account, that will direct you to your mail pages.

If you want to log out, click on sign out.

Last but not least, do not forget your username and password since you will need them each time you want to sign in

Boring with the old look of your blog? Easy, just change it.

Go to http://www.blogger.com

Sign in to your blog account, type your email address and password

You will be in the dashboard

Click on structure

Click edit Html

You can use one of the themes from this link http://finalsense.com/services/blog_templates/

Please choose one that you like best, then copy its html code and paste in the page of edit html

Click save, when the confirmation comes whether to change the themes or not, click confirm and save.

How to have a clock in your blog

In my opinion, a blog with a clock in it is more interesting. You can put many kind of clocks you like. Most of my blogs have a clock in it. You may also do as I did.

Now…. The steps are……

Go to http://www.clocklink.com/gallery.php

There, you can see several kinds of clock you can use.

Choose one of the kinds by clicking it.

Then choose a clock you like.

Click view html tag

In the clocklink User Lisence page, click accept

Next, you can choose its colour and set the time zone to adjust the time and its size.

The last is, copy the script available and paste in your blog.

How to register on facebook

Facebook already becomes a phenomena, not only adults knowing and using it but also students of elementary schools. Through facebook we can get many friends around the world. It seems that there is no boundary when we use the technology. We can share information dan much more. Even many company use it to promote their service or products they offer.

Now here they are the steps

Make sure that you’ve already have an email account.

Go to http://www.facebook.com/

Fill the form there by typing your name, email address, new password, gender and date of birth.

Click sign up

There will be a security check which is a captha code you must type the box there. Separate the two words by space

Click sign up

The next page is a mail confirmation page to finish the registration process.

Click on go to gmail now

Type your username and password you used in registering on facebook

You will go to inbox mail and there will a confirmation mail from facebook about your facebook account.

Open the email. Click the link on that email

Using statcounter will be one of accessories for our blog and this time we will use my statcounter. It is easy to follow the step.

Register first

Then click Proceed & Add a Project

The next page will be a form ( project settings):

Website title = type the tittle of your website
Website url = type your url website
Category = choose the catagori
Time zone based on “my profile” setting = choose time zone
Maximum visit length
Log Size
Ip blocking

Then click Configure & Install Code

Do you wish to show unique visitor or pageloads?

Choose your counter with graphic or text

There will be a page to customize your counter. You can set by your own

In the installation options page, choose blogger/blogspot
