Go to http://www.blogger.com
Sign in to your blog account, type your email address and password
You will be in the dashboard
Click on structure
Click edit Html
You can use one of the themes from this link http://finalsense.com/services/blog_templates/
Please choose one that you like best, then copy its html code and paste in the page of edit html
Click save, when the confirmation comes whether to change the themes or not, click confirm and save.
